How to Become a Corporate Director is an online course specifically designed to train future corporate members. It is Dr. Soaries’ belief that Corporate America is seeking a diverse group of individuals in the boardroom. Your Instructor

Dr. DeForest B. Soaries, Jr. is the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens in Somerset, NJ, former New Jersey Secretary of State, and the author of the books Say Yes to No Debt: 12 Steps to Financial Freedom, dfree® Lifestyle Workbook, and Meditations for Financial Freedom – Volumes 1&2. Dr. Soaries earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fordham University, a Master of Divinity Degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from United Theological Seminary. Dr. Soaries is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Ocwen Financial Corp. (NYSE: OCN), Independence Realty Trust (NYSE: IRT) and Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. He serves as the Compensation Chair on all three boards.

Class Curriculum

The Master Class course includes an Introduction Webinar where Dr. Soaries walks you through the important information discussed in the modules to give you a sense of what the class is all about. The course in its entirety includes 15 modules providing you with detailed instruction on how to become a successful, and paid, corporate director. At the bottom of each module, there is a section provided for you to take notes and keep track of what you have learned. A comment section is also available for you to give feedback to Dr. Soaries on the module you have watched.

Prices

There are two subscription options available for the Master Class, basic and premium. The basic subscription includes access to all course videos, information and handouts and is a flat fee of $299. The premium subscription includes everything the basic subscription has plus more, such as one on one conference calls with Dr. Soaries himself. Premium access is a flat flee of $799. After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.
